| CAYLEE ANTHONY GIVE HER JUSTICE |
The American Criminal Justice system has spoken, and the answer was not what most Americans wanted to hear. However, our justice system is based on a legal system that requires that to find a person guilty, its within reason of "beyond a reasonable doubt". That is what happened in the Casey Anthony trial. The prosecution, who represents the people did not prove the case beyond that reasonable doubt.
However, this gives us reason to not forget little Caylee Anthony. The national public outcry must lead to justice for Caylee. In order to get that justice, each State of the United States of America and it's commonwealths MUST institute a "CAYLEE'S LAW" which requires family members and parents to report a MISSING CHILD within 24 hours or less. In today's climate, many parents are negligent parents, stuck in there own worlds of dis-regard for their own children.
Make this law, "CAYLEE'S LAW" a FELONY to not report a child missing within the 24 hours period. Children that are under 5 years old and are missing should be reported immediately and the law enforcement authorities will be required tio conduct immediate search and investigation until the child is found.
