America's Drug Lords 2010

American media jumps on the invasion by illegal immigrants crossing the Mexican Border into Arizona. Illegals that not only are drug mules, killers and criminals are composed of decent people who want to find a safer and better world.  Dreams are passing across the Arizona, Texas border from; criminals wanting to be "Scarface, Tony Montana", to human traffickers who make money from the human smuggling business. All of it is an American dream on the backs of human suffering.

Then comes the Drug Cartels, networking across America's inner cities to spread their poison. They go to the drug market to feed America's need for a "HIGH". Once found in inner cities, the drug problem has spread across all cultural and financial levels. From the excessive lifestyles of the rich and famous, celebrities that engage in public acceptance, the drug culture is entrenched in the American scene. All the world knows this, except our great American leaders.

This is not a new problem but rather its an 80 year obsession within the American drug culture. In the 1930's Sigmund Freud, the noted psysciatrist experimented with cocaine on his patients and himself, justified as a medicinal clinical service. He declared it is a stimulant to assist the introverted personality to come out of their shell and experience extroverted behaviors.

Now we find that the drugs are flowing into America across the border, going unabated by interdiction from Federal and Local law enforcement. They are fighting a "WAR" against the cartels, but are understaffed, under financed and lack intelligence from the Mexican government. While President Calderon of Mexico brings in his army in Juarez, on the other side, across the American Border in El Paso, Texas, the American government officials fail to recognize the Border problem and are providing limited resources.

Arizona has seen it's share of drug associated killings, kidnappings and home invasions. Other cities across America are experiencing the same. Texas ranchers are being victimized, and law enforcement agents have been murdered while protecting America from this scourge.

Border Patrol straffing it's limited, and the 1200 troops that Arizona and Texas asked for has not arrived. Ranchers are battling a war against the smugglers, illegals and cartel support staff, while American National Guard troops are at there Armory's waiting for the call-up. Where are they? What are they doing? Waiting for government orders!


Now we find that Drug Cartels are well supported by American gang bangers, motorcycle gangs and even white supremacists. Al.l for the sake of MONEY, no ideological thoughts here, it's all CASH!!!

While the drugs are flowing into America either by way of human mules or via underground tunnels dug out under and past the American border, at the same time, GUNS and CASH are flowing out of America, being smuggled back to Mexico to support the Drug Cartel's war against governments like Mexico. CASH IS KING!! ARMED POWER IS CONTROL!!

Thousands are being killed across Mexico and in Central America in a fight to control the Drug Markets. There own internal war suggests that the problem is moving into America, yet American government bureaucrats fail to recognize that the problem is now, not in the future.

After all, if you looked at America's 80 year war against drugs, they are apparently losing the battle, by refrain from enforcement or even lack of formalizing a formal Drug Policy. The POLICY should includes a State by State enforcement plan and a Judicial Commission requiring Strong penalties, with NO PLEA BARGINS to DISTRIBUTORS, SELLERS and STREET SELLERS, NO AGE LIMITS on SELLERS.


A strong National and State's education and rehabilitating program for abusers, with controls on behavior, some in need of INTERVENTION and REHABILITATION HOSPITALS with required incarceration to change the course of a drug life.
