AMERICAN DRUG LORDS 2010 (PART II)

Mexico's three primary Drug Cartels are;

1.      SINAOLA (most powerful)
2.      GULF
3.      JUAREZ

The ZETAS (formerly hit men for the GULF CARTEL has recently been added to Cartel watchers sites.

Leaders of these Cartels are often victims of their own violence, with others within their organizations climbing to reach for control of the Cartel through murder and violence.

Mexican Drug Cartels have penetrated Mexican government, it;s officials, prosecutors and the police.

AMERICAN LAW ENFORCEMENT (ICE) -Immigration Customs Enforcement - has found more than 75 tunnels crossing under the Mexico/American border. Some so sophisticated, with ventilation, a/c electricity. rail tracks and even a food supplied pantry and drink.

This year at least 10 El Paso Texas residents have been detained in Mexico cities. Four of the suspects from Texas border El Paso have been arrested in Juarez. The murder capital of Mexico's drug cartels.

Efforts to recruit Americans by the Cartels is important, in that it becomes an easier transport and transition onto American soil. Cartel mergers with worldwide criminal enterprises including arms dealers, terrorist organizations and heroin traffickers. This will lead to street wars in America, all for control of the Cartels American enterprise.

The principles of Organized Crime in America under the old Mafioso, is soft compared to these Drug Cartels. While the Mafia is an international enterprise, the God Fathers, like Carlo Gambino ordered the Don's, Captains and Soldiers to stay away from the drug trade, and left it for the inner city gangsters to develop. They stayed away because one could not trust a drug dealer, a junkie or a mover & shaker in the drug world. If when caught by authorities, they would "roll" and give up the enterprise easily. They also knew that the penalties were severe. Long prison terms, life terms. Freedom was more important for their other enterprises, like; shakedowns, gambling, labor rackteering, theft and hijackings.

Today's American Drug Lords continue to operate while inside American  Prisons. They gang together within prison to maintain control the their drug trade.

Now comes the new dilemma of the Afgan War and the Heroin trade. As we reported earlier in our posting, the Heroin trade has increase two fold on American soil. It brings more violence, street robberies and muggings to support habits. It turns young girls into street prostitutes and mules for heroin smugglers. It also is a contributor to increase human smuggling. Mind and body control.

The infamous "Nicky Barnes" a 70's icon in Heroin control in the inner cities throughout America, was a major mover of drugs from the Golden Triangle of Cambodia, Vietnam & Laos.. The Vietnam War was the cover for movement of the drugs into America, utilizing shipping of American solders bodies back from the war. The plan was simple, the shipments were enormous and the drugs entered America with little interception. After all these were combat killed soldiers, American War hero's..They weren't part of the drug smuggling, but their transport was. On military planes, Navy ships and C130 aircraft..No customs inspections here! Just move the body bags back  for formal military honors burial. First let's move the heroin bags out when they arrive.A well executed miliatry precision move.

Today, with the increase in Heroin on our city streets, and our American troops fighting in Afgan, Pakistan and throughout the Middle East...millions are being made from heroin smuggling and distribution.

The need for a full interdiction program by Military Inspections would greatly reduce  heroin kilo's making onto American soil. I'm not blaming the fighting hero's, the military or even the various governments of the region, just noting that "HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF" and here we are again with the Heroin trade spreading across America. Heroin does not come from South America, from their its Cocaine. Heroin is strictly grown in the fields of Afghanistan and Pakistan. The "Poppy Fields" of war against America.

We've tried eradication, but that would mean a full re-intervention to farmers that sell the poppy at market around the world. It has legitimate use, but the monumental CASH it produces from Heroin out weighs the business enterprise.

I say "DESTROY the POPPY FIELDS BEFORE IT KILLS OUR AMERICAN YOUTH."
