JUSTICE DENIED / JUSTICE PREVAILED - THE PEOPLE LOOSE

This past week, November 18, 2010, Americans saw how the Justice System works with selective enforcement. It's a TAXING ISSUE!

When Congress decided to SANCTION NY Congressmen Charles Rangle, they made thier decision to a favorite son of Congress by sanctions, rather than expulsion. After all he was found guilty of severl violations, most of which he feathered his own bed, including 17 years of NOT REPORTING INCOME to the IRS or on Congressional Financial Statements. This income is the result of his renting out his home in the Dominican Republic and owning several "Rent Controlled" apartments and renting them in New York City, when in fact you are only allowed to own one.

Congressmen Rangle is part of a lifelong Congressional forum, better than 25 years of service..something he is and Americans are proud of. Yet, he took advantage of his offical position, lined his own pockets and screwed the American taxpayer.

So rather than expulsion and seizure of assets, Congress voted for sanctions, what ever that means. His constituents decided to re-elect him, and the saga continues.

However !

That same day that Congress pushed this wishy-washy Rangle decision, another jurisdiction, Federal Court, New York, Actor Wesley Snipes was ordered to 3 years in Federal Lockup. He was previously convicted by jury trial of tax violations some two years ago. He was also awaiting appeal for a new trial...While Mr. Snipes may have violated the Tax Laws, or was it an accounting error, he is now in the custody of the Federal Government.

Take into consideration that the head of the Treasury Department, he who signs our American Currency and He who is incharge of the IRS and it's jurisdiction, has also not filed tax returns, or paid portions of his tax bills of several years in order to justify his nomination as the Secretary of the Treasury.

While the IRS goes after the little people, closing down small businesses for tax violations, putting hundreds out of work, and now becoming the enforcement arm of the soon to be a NEW HEALTH CARE program, hiring thousands as enforcement agents, they have the most authority of any agency in the United States.

They can, arbitrarily come into your business or home and seize your hard earned assets, padlock your front door and sell your property at aution for as little as ten cents on the dollar, without search warrants, court orders or even fair warning. They are our governments Gestapo...no doubt about it....

This leads me to the question about this Taxation without Representation. What ever happened to the "FAIR TAX" issue. Or the proposed Federal Sales Tax that would eliminate the personal income tax of citizens, and allow for fair and equitble taxation based on purchase power, pricing and across the board fair equity for the poor, middle class and rich...

What is the Crime here? It's Congress' behavior of favoritism, selectivity and the Treasury Departments unbalanced agressive abusive tax collections... Not a friend there at the IRS, rather a ruthless thug mentatily against the little people, small business and selective enforcement without disgretion or compassion.

Adding more agents for the purpose of Health Care monitoring..only creates another level of goverment intrusion into citizens rights...Americans need a fair and equitable decision from Congrass, not a lop-side selective enforcement for the favorite sons, while the unfavored get punsihed.
