The story of the two young children, Jermain McNeil and JuTyra Allen, found in floating suitcase's in the Delray, Florida Canal, were the children of Felicia Brown found murdered and dumped in a garbage dumpster months before, were all victims of violence for years, yet no-one came to help. 

It is now reported that more than 30 times over the past few years the Deltay Police were called to the home for assorted reports of crimes, violence and violent fights. 

In 2007, the children's GRANDFATHER was found in the bathtub murdered. The crimes were reported, the Department of Children and Family Services responded, but between the Police Department and DCF of Florida, no-one helped these terrified kids.

They're supposed to help, but failed to act. This needs more than in Attorney General inspection and correction of DCF or the Police. It needs a Criminal Grand Jury, State or Federal on behalf of these children. It should be disclosed as to the lack of action, lack of taking care of the children, and a failure to perform their sworn duties. 

The Police Department, it's members of authority during this period and the DCF Agency should be summoned before the Grand Jury to explain their failure to act. What we'll probably hear is a bunch of finger-pointing gobble-gook to cover each others butt. 

The answer hear should be, "NEVER AGAIN". Not the excuses that the low level DCF employee failed to file a report correctly, therefore, let's terminate her. What is needed here are CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS against all those involved who cannot answer these important questions.

 "WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THE INFORMATION?" 

 "WHAT WAS THE FOLLOW-UP FROM THE AGENCIES?"

THE ANSWER IS !!!   

"NOTHING".
