Advance Warnings |
Jamaica or Haiti Islands |
Hurricane Sandy struck the North Eastern States three weeks ago. Disaster to millions, across at least six states, estimated costs over $50 billion. Homes destroyed, electrical power out, floods, cold, fires, gas explosions.....Many lost everything they owned, house, cars, personal belongings and more than 40 lives gone, just in the New York area. Lives lost in the Islands of Jamaica, Haiti, as well.
AMERICA, the rich nation of the world has failed to respond to immediate help. Weeks have past and still limited recovery services, followed by another Nor'Easter Storm which caused more damage, additional electrical failures and wind, rain and SNOW.
FEMA, the U.S. Governments Emergency Response to Disasters CLOSED for the Nor'Easter. What PLANNING?
It;s not a matter of placing blame. However, WHERE's THE DISASTER SUPPORT?
NOW Alternate ODD-EVEN Gas rationing. Where's the Military Gas Transports as promised?
Where's the Housing, Generators and Food to aid the people and families struggling in the aftermath in the 30 degree temperatures.
Why does wwwCRIMETALKAMERICA.blogspot.com question the lack of performance? Simple; Victims of Hurricane Sandy are now becoming victims of Price Gouging, Looting of Homes, and Government officials who are making questionable decisions, which may be criminal in nature. Malfeasance, Misfeasance and out-right diversion of sources are being identified everyday.
Today, New York's Gov. Cuomo terminated his Emergency Management Director, a $153,000 year employee for DIVERTING RESOURCES to have workers, sould be helping in the recovery of storm victims, sent to CUT TREES which were on his home driveway. This is a s crime!! He was terminated immediately by the Governor..Good Work !!!, but I question whether he should also be prosecuted...What a self-centered, self indulged bureaucrat. This is an act of Theft of Services, Malfeasance of his duties. These are CRIMES!
WHAT DO YOU THINK???
