CHASEN MURDER QUESTIONS

Allowing for a law enforcement investigation...one still has to ask the certain investigative questions such as; the relationship between the bicycle and the crime scene, ownership or latent fingerprints or DNA on the bike. The alleged shooter needing to ride more than 7 miles from his residence to pick out his target, Ronni Chasen.

At the crash scene, it has been theorized that the car rolled for a distance after Ms. Chasen was murdered, hitting a light post. Was the road curved, or driven by the victim. Was they're any forensic evidence in the street. Were bullet casings found in the street, if so, they might have fingerprints, were their tags in the ammunition to identify what weapon was used, which could lead to where the bullets were purchased. If no shell casings were found in the street, were they picked-up, or did they remain in the vehicle that did the shooting, or did the alleged killer pick them up and discard them. Was a revolver used, which the Beverly Hills police should already know.

The facts will come out about the evidence, but will they prove that the alleged killer was the actual murderer. Time will tell!

It's more than security camera photos, fingerprints or even DNA, it's a "Time Line" that adds to the crime picture. What was Chasen's travel time, from what direction, what roadways did she travel. Will the Mercedes she was driving have an internal GPS box recording her speed, directions and stops. This is also part of the investigation. Was her cell phone on? Was it pinged to determine where her phone calls were made from in what area, what cell tower. By triangulating this information, it can pinpoint her trip prior to her death. This is not anything that the police won't know, it's a time sensitive issue.

Some security camera systems rollover the digital clock every seven days, others 30 days, some don't save at all. Same with Cellular data, as well as vehicle GPS data. Time is sensitive to an investigation. As the TV guys tell you, ""the First 48 hours" are crucial.

The public needs to be patient, and the law enforcement community needs to keep the public aware. What if this was a random act of violence, stranger -to-stranger contact. Then the community needs to be concerned. If it was a targeted situation, then Ms. Chasen's life and lifestyle needs in-depth exploration. I'm confident that the Police Chief and his investigative group are covering all of these concepts.

Patience! is the Word...Time will reveal....ALL.
