Casey Anthony Accused Murderer of baby Caylee |
Caylee Anthony |
After listening to the KRONK TESTIMONY one has to question the defense strategy. While the defense attorney has presented a shaky case of defense by accidental death and then panic by Casey. The defense attorney has also thrown all the gobble-gook at the jury by questioning the grandparents, the brother and sexual deviant behavior accusations.
Roy KRONK |
Kronk had conversations with his son about the reward money...a number that reaches $250,000 to find the baby alive. He didn't see or hear the word ALIVE!
In December, he calls the police again. The swamp is now mud not water. He claims to have found the baby's body, after taking his inspection stick and sticking it in the eye socket of the skull of the infant. He calls the police, now, 5 months later after his reported initial discovery. He points out the skeleton of the baby to the police, and as they say; "the rest is history".
However, from my perspective, with more than 35 years of Criminal & Civil Investigations, being the co-author and technical advisor of one of the leading books on Criminal & Civil Investigations, after sitting across the table from known gangsters, killers, con-men, fraudsters and all the other vermin that prey on people. I don't get it!
I listened to his testimony, watched his body language and reviewed the case against Casey Anthony presented to date. I find it unusual that KRONK was not a suspect, or even considered as a potential tamperer of the crime scene, by the placement of the baby. Did he have possession? Was he in anyway familiar with the Casey Anthony or Anthony family? Did he read the meters of the Casey Anthony home?
Instead, defense attorney's are concentrating on the parents, the accident and the brother. Trying in every way to create doubt. One method would have been to point many fingers at KRONK's involvement. (If any?)
His story wandered, changed and was altered. This is not because of a lack of memory, but rather using the fact that "LIARS CANNOT REMEMBER THE LIES! The truth is always remembered.
Did the police miss the point that KRONK's story changes, that the crime scene may have been moved, tampered. Using some forensic evidence, this removes the fact that the body laid for 5 months in the swamp. One Medical Examiner explains, (not on the witness stand) that the foliage and ground under the body should have had more growth, been displaced by the sinking of the swamp and even suggests that the body was placed at the scene much later than August.
WHAT DO YOU THINK???
THIS IS NOT AN ACCUSATION AGAINST KRONK, BUT RATHER QUESTIONS THE IDENTITY OF THE CRIME SCENE AND THE MISGUIDED THEORY OF THE DEFENSE!!!
