IS THE VICTIM BEING VICTIMIZED ?

Now comes Dominique Strauss Kahn, the former head of the International Monetary Fund, the world regulator of governments money, and a leading candidate for French President. He was sidetracked by his arrest by NYPD accused of sexual assault of a hotel maid at an exclusive Manhattan Hotel.

NYPD, under the direction of the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, raced to Kennedy International Airport to board a flight to Europe at the gate ready. Stop the Plane! Stop the Plane! NYPD Detectives entered the plane and physically removed and arrested Mr. Kahn for the Sexual Assault.

He was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court, and stood accused of this heinous crime. He was held at Rikers Island, New York City's notorious local prison. Held at first without bail, he was suspect of being a "FLIGHT RISK". After several days at Rikers with others accused awaiting transfer to State Prisons for various crimes from murder, to drug sales, rape, schild molestation, loitering and other criminal behavior. At Khan's bail hearing, with noted Defense Attorney Benjamin Brafman, he was allowed to post a 1 million dollar cash bond and a 5 million Insurance bond. He was then outfitted with an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet, and was allowed to stay in an apartment in lower Manhattan after court approval. He was required NOT to leave this residence other than to Court or a Doctors visit. He also was to have a Security Guard assigned to him 24 hours, at his personal expense.

The DEFENSE is at work building a defense case in favor of their client. Who is the Victim? What do we know about her? Has she ever screamed sex assault before? Was this consensual or forced? These are just some of the normal questions that need to be reviewed and answered. Mr. Kahn is indicted for sexual assault and other list of crimes, all felonies. He's facing many years, 10-20-30 or even life if convicted. The Manhattan District Attorney and the NYPD declared that they have definitive DNA evidence that Mr. Kahn's DNA is present. It all seems to neatly fit into the District Attorney's prosecution case.

Now, June 30, 2011 the New York Times reports that the case is in trouble for prosecution. It seems that the VICTIM has serious credibility with the Prosecutors Office and NYPD. It's been discovered that she had a telephone conversation with a convicted inmate. These conversations are all recorded. She was asking for advice. Why not, she knows little about America's Criminal Justice System, and the only person she knows that has experience with the justice system is a convicted drug dealer, awaiting sentencing. It's reported that during her conversation she suggest and asks the convict if she could file a civil law suit against Mr. Kahn.  After-all this is the American way. 

Based on the breaking story by the NY Times a continued investigation into the background of the victim is warranted. It's now discovered that when she came to America, she was seeking Asylum from her country. she claimed that she was raped by her government officials. It's now discovered that the Asylum form, a government document may have been falsely submitted. Investigation continues into who the Victim is!

As a result, Mr. Kahn's bail and restrictions were lifted. He and his wife had dinner in a Manhattan Italian restaurant last night, sort of a celebration of his release. He is still under indictment. However, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance in a press conference described the problems with the case caused by the "VICTIMS CREDIBILITY". 

Vegas and London Bookmakers should not take book that Mr. Kahn will be in France in a short time. While he can't recover his reputation, or the YouTube photos and video of his "PERP WALK" by NYPD, he will go back to his wealth and world citizenship. 

As for the Hotel Maid, she'll face further investigation and possible deportation. Was she assaulted or was it consensual? Which ever, the Victim is definitely being victimized again, not by the revaluations of the inconsistencies, but rather by a political world machine making every attempt to free Mr. Kahn.

I suggest that District Attorney or NYPD release a copy of the telephone conversation she had with the prisoner. They should also make available the Asylum documents that the government suggests were filings which may be misrepresentations.
