In Memory For Celina Cass |
With sorrow,we regret to inform that this week was no different. Celina Cass, 11 years old, was this weeks headline which ended with the tragedy of police in New Hampshire finding her body in the Connecticut River. She had been missing about a week This matter is under criminal investigation by the New Hampshire authorities. She is more than a headline, she was our child, all our children are victimized by her passing. She is a special victim..loved, cared for and innocent.
Statistical data both from the FBI and the Missing & Exploited Children prove out numbers that would make any sane and legitimate caring human to have chills from the under 18 year old missing numbers.
The FBI statistical reports for "Person's under 18 missing in 2010" is in the six digit numbers. Many are reported missing as the result of domestic disputes, custodial interference and even runaways, with many cases closed by law enforcement agencies closing the files as recovered, found or returned.
However the picture that the FBI stats reveals is those who go missing which are not yet recovered, those that may have been abducted by non-family member, kidnappings, disappearances.
