As we suggested just a few days ago, the State Prosecutor DID NOT PRESENT a case "BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT"
against the young mother for the matter of MURDER of her child CAYLEE.
A JURY of 12 strangers only after 9 hours of 34 days of testimony, forensic evidence, perjurers, police officers, investigators and a judge that was slanted toward the prosecution, finds her NOT GUILTY of the serious charges of MURDER 1, or CHILD ABUSE with MURDER.
The talking heads on all the Cable Channels, the qutoe unquote EXPERTS all had her GUILTY before the Jury Decision. What do they really know? It proves that pundit opinion is just that, OPINION!
She has been found guilty of lying to police on 4 counts. Each a misdemeanor with a penalty exposure of not more than one year for each conviction. It is possible that she will receive time served on sentencing. However, the Judge has the option to sentence her consecutively, therefore she will be required to serve, 4 years, minus time served already.
