CHICAGO - BOYSTOWN section...becomes the scene of mob attack and beating of a 25 year old man. He was beaten, kicked and stabbed for no other reason than Criminal Mob mentality. This is the third (3) beating by criminal mobs in this section of town within the past month.
Honest, hardworking people who live in the area have called on the City government to do something about the streets which are now declared unsafe. The Police are investigating, and the most recent attack was caught on tape. The investigation is more of identifying the thugs and locking them up...with a judge that will use the NO BAIL decision. This is not a crime for financial gain, nor a crime of robbery or theft.
IT IS A CRIME OF VIOLENCE IN A MOB RELATED BEATING!
Mob and gang violence is on the increase across America. It's not, as some bleeding hearts claim, because of youth that have little to look forward too. It's roaming thugs looking for the thrill to beat an individual for no other reason than power and control over a person and community.

Communities and the Police cannot keep up with the increased criminal flash mob violence. How did this originate? Was it planned? If so, by whom? Was it just the result of a street event, and after-the-fact wilding?
Like our troops on the ground in the Middle East, the need for intelligence is most important. Police Departments need more eyes and ears on the ground, coming from the community, patrol officers or informants to reduce these types of incidents. With such information it will provide the ability to read the pulse of the community and it's youth. Without information the community will remain hostage to gang violence.
