Caylee Anthony |
Casey Anthony |
WHOSE LYING???
The Prosecutors witnesses seem to have been led down this path of circumstantial proprietorial case. LIMITED on hard or direct evidence...yet suggested implying that the unusual behavior of Casey Anthony is an admission of guilt...Her lies to the police, the imaginary friends, imaginary job at Universal, and her suggestion that little Caylee Anthony's biological father was killed in a motorcycle accident. The prosecutor's case rests on testimony from many witnesses who altered testimonies, when caught in contradictions, and a list of forensic investigators that did not find DNA or other hard evidence to link Casey Anthony to the absolute, beyond reasonable doubt, death of her daughter Caylee..
The prosecutors case is based on Casey Anthony's behavior..her lack of the norm of grieving, her partying, her drinking, her dress, her girl friends and associates. In all, her lifestyle. The prosecutions case is subliminal toward the entire Anthony dysfunctional family behavior. A Mother of the accused trying to protect her child, and may be misleading in answers to help her daughter. A father, a former police officer, who has been dragged across the mud suggesting that he is covering-up information and facts, often caught in inconsistencies during testimony.
Now comes the Defendant's Closing. The key to the defense closing is; Where's the physical and scientific evidence??? Forensic confusion, misleading by EXPERTS who have financial interests. A Computer Expert who may have created computer searches to benefit his software designs, while Law Enforcement Computer experts contradict the Prosecutors Computer Expert as to the fact searches pertaining to "Chlorophyll".
What a difficult job the jurors have in front of them! Do they decide a guilty verdict based on a SINGLE STRAND of HAIR found in the trunk of a car, that they identified as matching the DNA of the Anthony family, but that the hair was identified as coming from a dead body. The forensic sciences has not proven that the child was in the trunk, decaying. No evidence of that exists other than a strand of hair and a dead fly.
What do you think?
Is Casey Anthony guilty of her childs murder? OR; Was it an accident? Then a cover-up?
If so, By WHOM?
LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK?
