TSA - A CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTION OF SEARCH & SEIZURE

After 9-11 America changed. Weary from the assault on our cities, people and government, Americans realized that this is war. Not a conventional war against a country, but rather war against a shadowy group hiding behind the mask of religion. Al Queda, and its sponsors declared war against the Americans and it's allies. This finds the world on TERROR alert.

Efforts to bomb American entities, commercial airlines, military personnel and facilities, finds the Americans caught between protection from terror attacks and the 4th and 14th Ammendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The 4th Ammendment protects the American citizens and visitors to this country from "Illegal Search & Seizure". Every search that TSA (Transpotation Safety Administration) conducts, under the umbrella of "Homeland Security Administration" may have a constitutional question. America gives more protection to the Terrorists in lockup in Quantanamo than they do with the flying public.

Do we sacrifice liberty for security, a question once asked by Benjamin Franklin in the formation of this government more than 200 years ago.

With the immediate reactive creation of the "Patriot Act", Americans gave a portion of thier constitutional rights away for security and protection against terror activities.

Should the Patriot Act soften the Constitutional rights of Americans, for the sake of Security and Protectio. Government agencies as; TSA, FBI. IRS, Homeland Security Administration are using this power to slide past the 4th and 14th Ammendment.

For the protection of Americans, we must give up some freedoms, yet Americans should never give up the Constitution. Defend the Constitution, before it is watered-down for the sake of security and protection. Once we loose an inch, some will take a foot....
